The Innovation & Competitiveness Team within the BA ISP is looking for a - Innovation Catalyzer (f/m) - We Offer
- Catalyzing and fostering innovations which are expected to have a sustainable competitive impact across the entire product and service range
- Implementing a new innovation structure and culture in ISP
- Creates and fosters CS-internal innovation communities
- Conducts workshops, sessions and meetings with ISP stakeholder to push innovation
- Closely collaborates with important stakeholders: all ISP-Departments, CS-Business School, Front Units, Centers of Excellence, CS Investment Bank, CS Asset Management etc.
- Builds up and maintains innovation networks outside CS, both nationally and internationally and provides access to them
- Tracks innovation performance in ISP
- Observes and shares best innovation practices on an ongoing basis
- Supports ISP Top Management
- You Offer
- Several years of experience with the topic of innovation, ideally also in non-financial industry companies
- Creative team player that is willing to wade into unchartered waters by growing a new innovation culture in ISP and by implementing novel solutions.
- Has an ample background of introducing & implementing innovative products, processes and solutions
- Has experience with creativity techniques and a solid track record of moderating/teaching/facilitating
- Has the ability to "connect the dots" and to think outside the box
- Has a broad professional network inside and outside CS
- Strong writing and language skills in English and German, any other language is a plus
