- Optimize order management support for customers to secure preferred supplier status and competitive advantage.
- Accountable to track performance measurements (KPI"s) in order to optimize order fulfillment for the multiple country assignments.
- Reconciliation, follow-up and clearance of open blocked orders and liaising with functions for solutions.
- Provide outstanding Customer Service support to our distribution network and ensure resolution of distributors concerns.
- Execute order management processes and programs to sustain the commercial strategy.
- Secure invoicing requirements.
- Returns & Claims management & administration.
- Execution and maintenance of Order Management
