- Embark existing efficiency initiatives identified with respective business owners
- Identify and develop new initiatives to improve performance in line with financial objectives
- Lead company’s transformation -
- Maintain a coherent plan with clear operational KPIs, financial objectives and timelines per initiative
- Ensure divisional buy-in of the plan for cross-functional delivery of the transformation initiatives
- Submit the programme and updates to Management Board for validation
- Lead annual performance benchmark (process, data collection and reconciliation)
- Guide the organisation towards best cost practices by improving efficiency along Olivier Wyman readings
- Drive execution ensuring efficiency gains in line with the plan -
- Report progress to Management Board through a coherent dashboard and specific deep-dives
- Illustrate complex financial business models, strategic options and operating changes
- Assess process cost efficiencies for Network, IT, Marketing, Sales, Customer Care and other areas
Identify root causes and levers for performance improvement - - Provide recommendations for transversal savings to top management
- Actively facilitate and challenge initiatives with divisional VPs
- Animate reviews and meetings with appropriate frequency
- Directly lead the execution of some initiatives such as Price Plan Pruning
- Support planning and budgeting processes by contributing input for key efficiency initiatives
- Ensure that budget is in line with the expected efficiency trends and target
