To strengthen the team in St. Gallen we are looking for a bright, ambitious and energetic - Business Development Manager Syringes - In this role you will report to the Head of Global Business Development for the syringe business and work closely with both Sales and Product Management. You will play an important part in SCHOTT’s syringe business, working with well educated and experienced professionals in a challenging, growing environment. - Tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to: -

- This crucial role requires an excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical and biotech industry with ideally specialized knowledge of the parental packaging segment. We expect an Engineering background (Chemistry, Pharmacy, Medical Engineering) combined with a MBA or equivalent. A minimum of 4 years work experience in a technical sales / business development role in a B2B environment within an international organization is a must. You have strong interpersonal and excellent communication, presentation and networking skills, which enable you to liaise effectively to customers and other stakeholders. You are fluent in English and ideally also in German and/or French. You show a strong drive for results and have a deep rooted desire to develop the business; concrete acquisition success stories should prove this point.
