- Lead specific quality improvement projects related to both product and process quality
- Establish and maintain a reliable quality reporting system for the production
- Take care of quality related documents (processes, work instructions, checklists etc.) and provide structured training
- Promote quality awareness in the production
Requirements:
- Successful graduation an an engineering technician (higher vocational school) or alternatively a Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering
- Excellent communication skills at all levels (production workers, managers, various interfaces to SCM and Engineering)
