You"ll bring new targets, new direction, and new approaches to the group.• PhD or MD/PhD with thorough understanding of human immunology and autoimmune diseases - • Strong relevant publication record - • A succesful independent researcher in a leading Biotech/Pharmaceutical company providing high quality input, leadership and detailed scientific guidance to new and ongoing biologics projects, identifying key developability attributes and driving projects through the R&D process - • Strong background in receptor-ligand biology and functional assay development - • Experience in submissions for Investigational New Drugs preferred - • Strong Project Management and leadership experience - • Used to running your own lab, line managing lab scientists/technicians, coaching and developing others, sharing your expertise - • Strong team, communication and presentation skills with an innovative approach - • Fluent English.
